Rates

1:1 Somatic Coaching: $150/session

Bodywork: $200/session

I reserve a limited number of sliding scale slots for those who experience barriers to employment or financial resources.

Length & Duration

1:1 Somatic Coaching: 75 minutes

Bodywork: 90 minutes

For new coaching clients, I ask for an initial commitment of 10 sessions to allow us time to deepen in the work. Bodywork can be scheduled on a per-session basis.

Location

I offer 1:1 somatic coaching and bodywork in-person in Mid-City, Los Angeles.

I also offer 1:1 and group coaching remotely via Zoom.
